We have been serving the freshest sushi and
Japanese cuisine in Allison Park (North of Pittsburgh)
for over ten years.
Our success has been achieved through the use of the
highest quality ingredients and a very competent staff.
We welcome all customers including those
who are not too familiar with sushi.
Our servers are known to provide good recommendations
to the novice sushi diner.
There is a BYOB
(Bring Your Own Bottle) policy at Kotobuki.
Although we do not serve alcoholic beverages,
we will gladly provide bottle openers and glasses
with no corkage fees.

The chef, Debbie Cho, specializes in sauces and dressings.
